Charging an EV from a standard outlet is painfully slow. A Level 2 charger (240V) gets you a full charge overnight — but it has to be installed safely and to code. Here's what matters.
Check your panel first
A Level 2 charger needs a dedicated 40–50A circuit. Before anything else, we check whether your panel has the capacity. If it's near its limit, we'll talk about a panel upgrade so the charger passes inspection the first time.
Indoor, garage, or outdoor
We run clean cable to wherever you park — garage walls, driveways, or weatherproof outdoor mounts. Placement affects cost, so it's worth planning.
Permits and inspection
EV charger installs in NJ require a permit and inspection. We pull the permit and handle the inspection so you don't have to.
